Cancellation policy

 

We process Peptavia orders quickly so that your order can be dispatched as soon as possible.

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and before it has been fulfilled or dispatched.

Before Fulfilment

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a refund to your original payment method.

After Fulfilment or Dispatch

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or intercepted.

If your order has already entered the shipping process, the order may still be delivered and you may still be charged for the purchase. You may then need to follow our applicable Returns & Refunds Policy if you wish to return the order.

Please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to cancel an order, as contacting us within 24 hours does not guarantee cancellation if the order has already been fulfilled.

This policy does not affect any statutory cancellation or consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
